The third season of Gossip Girl has already started filming in New York City, We will be to wait several months of waiting before the teen drama returns in September.

We can expect more hookups as early as the first couple of episodes.

Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello revealed

“There will be a controversial hookup early on in season 3. And one of the participants of said controversial hookup will be Dan”.

Aside from Dan, Vanessa will also be getting a more substantial plot this coming season.

“Yes, she’s getting her own storyline. A romance, in fact. With someone she met briefly at the end of last season,” Ausiello added.

Meanwhile, Taylor Momsen is hoping that her character Jenny, who was named the new Queen Bee in the season finale, will take a twisted turn for the new season.

“You know what, I hope she’s a bad queen bee!” she said. “I’m sure [the writers will] find a way to tie it all together.”
