Pop Mom Britney Spears with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Britney’s father were spotted leaving the Park Hyatt Hotel in Paris, France on July 11, 2009 .

Early reports claimed that Britney got her fans worried about her after collapasing. Michael Jackson advised Britney to leave the industry as to save her from controversies collapsed during her rehersal. The media world is cruel. Spears collapsed during rehearsal for European leg of her Circus world tour.

She was praticising a dance routine for a new song when she keeled over, suffering a bruise to her chest, reported WENN. It was due to Britney’s hectic tour scheduke and a low blood-sugar level that causes the incident.
